Jenna Prototype on eBay and upcoming Conference

Wow...the last 24 hours have been busy here at TNGUN!

The Jenna Prototype, now Josiah, is up and running on

~eBay~

I have trimmed his hair more as it had some long spots that would not stay in place well.
Please take a peek at this little man by clicking the eBay link above.

I have been asked to teach at the upcoming

IRDA Reborn & OOAK Doll Conference 2011 "Celebrating The Art of Realistic Baby Dolls"

I am very excited about this. I've know about it for a while but did not mention much because most of my tentative classes for this spring have been canceled. This one is now for sure and the space is limited so if you are in the San Francisco area or want to travel, be sure to get signed up.

I have started a new custom order. He will be an Asian little boy. Things are going fairly well. The kit was purchased by my customer from another reborner. That person had done some work on it and then stripped it. I am having some slight problems getting the paint to adhere in some areas and the vinyl is that horrible RDK pink from years ago. (ps..don't buy from RDK...more on that subject later) All in all though, things are going well and maybe I'll post progress pictures tomorrow.

Mohair processing is coming along as well. I'll be putting the first batches in the dye pot this morning and continue combing out more tonight. I've a lot of requests for brown/black hair and also that I bring hair to IDEX.

So with that...it's off to work I go!
