Wow what fun I have had with her! I've left her standing by the crib in the nursery and I have to tell you, I will miss her presence!

This is truly a great kit. Everything about her is wonderful. And to add to the bonus, the kit comes with a perfect-for-her body and you can purchase a custom armature that was made just for her. Laura tells me that this armature has the section that goes into the head which will allow for greater posing options. My sweet girl does not have the custom armature as it was not ready when I created her. (She has an armature, just not the custom made one.)

Revised tutorial: Applying Genesis Matte Varnish

Lately, due to popular request, I have been applying my Genesis Matte Varnish differently. I am pleased with the results and so are my customers.

In the UPDATED TUTORIAL I have been using OPTION 2.

Kristaleta/Suzon Armature/Weighting Tutorial~Updates

Last night I spent 4+ hours putting Suzon together. Yes, I said 4+ hours.
Ladies, and a few Gentlemen who reborn as well, it seriously takes a lot of time to correctly put the armature in and balance a doll like this. To me, it is totally worth it! I want my customers to be able to enjoy playing with these standing toddlers!

Since I was doing this process for the second time (first with Kristaleta and now with Suzon), I have edited the original posting.

Oh my goodness, I am done rooting Suzon!

Actually, I am done with all of her details except putting her together!

Sorry, I don't have pictures as her glosses and glues were drying last night and I have a full schedule today (my day off). I will TRY to get a sneak peek to post later tonight or in the morning. We are taking a little weekend trip so I can't guarantee it.

She is very pretty though!

I won't be posting any personal collection pictures tomorrow due to the busy schedule.

Mohair processing will begin early this next week as will work on a custom Angelica.
