This is Spike Alexander, the Barefoot little Farmer Boy.
Spike belongs to my 11 yr old granddaughter, Jenalyne.
This doll was gifted to her by a dear friend of mine and, through no fault of my granddaughter's, he was lost for a time. He is back home now and she is delighted as she loves him so very much!
Seems like Spike does not care for shoes...he's just always barefoot.
But, that doesn't stop a little farmer boy from doing his never-ending chores!
and riding the horses.
At the end of the day, when the chores are done and the horses are ridden, there is still a little bit of time left for the Barefoot little Farmer Boy to play in the dirt.
Life is good for the little well-loved man.
